Class Descriptions

Practitioner's Flow serves those who already have a basic yogic vocabulary and are seeking to further explore their practice and the edges of their comfort zones.

Gentle Flow class provides a space for mellow evening yoga, for those experiencing mobility issues, and those who desire support in physical challenges with movement. Chairs and modifications if needed are part of the class flow. This class is based on the Promise as taught by Mark Whitwell.

All Levels Flow class welcomes everyone from beginner and beyond.

Basics Flow provides a foundational experience of the body and breath - perfect for the beginner or those desiring more guidance with postures.  Guidance will be offered to create solid experiences of core yoga asanas and breath techniques.

Restorative Yoga - relax and renew with a luxurious exploration of restorative yoga poses - a time to go inward, reflect, and restore. This class is appropriate for all levels and abilities, even if you have never done yoga before. Please bring a bed pillow and dress in layers for your comfort. The class will begin with very mellow movement, and then we will progress into long-held poses to open deeply into the muscles and connective tissues of the body, leading to a deeply restful and rejuvenating experience.
